Perna De Pau

I had such a blast bringing this piece to life! It's a sweet tribute to one of my absolute favorite childhood treats from Portugal: the Perna De Pau ice cream. I wanted to capture that sheer joy and nostalgia you feel on a hot day, biting into something so simple and delicious.

The model's beaming smile and those vibrant colours inspired by the ice cream wrapper just make me happy. Every stroke was about recreating that feeling of summer, sunshine, and a little bit of home. I hope it brings a little bit of that bright, breezy feeling to you, too!
